My homework finally all done and sxhool is starting in a few days time. School bag haven't been bought, school uniform haven't been ironed yet. It seems like school holiday was only last week and now school is reopening again. I'm only hoping that I can survive school.

Today marks the end of Band practice for the year 2007. I can say that the whole year of 2007 wasn't a smooth journey. There were times when we shone and times where we didn't really shine. I still remember our performance for the closing ceremony of the National Stadium. It was a really meaningful experience. And not forgetting the performance at Zouk! Raid Party. I could go into a club at the age of 15. All this are the great memories of 2007. The Sec 4s leaving us, Silver in SYF Indoor Competition, were the not so great memories. But still, there are things to be learnt from this year. The whole journey of 2007 was a really educational one. And come to think of it, next year would be my last year in the band. Imagine life without band? ;]

I've made a few New Year's resolution. Haha.
1) Manage time properly between band and school work
2) Revise work everyday
3) Save money everyday

These are a few, still thinking of more :)

My homework is finishing by the day. If I put my head into it, I will surely can do it one. How I wish I had done that one month ago, so now I will just have to relax. I learnt my lesson already which I will certainly apply for next year. I will not leave my homework to the last minute. As soon as I receive the homework, I will straight away do it. Following Shafiq's footstep. Haha. So, yeah, I'm not so stressed now as I'm almost done with my homeworks. :]

I'm so not ready for school yet. Although my homework is done, I'm still not ready for lessons yet. My mind is really not ready for the endless homework ,endless tests and after school lessons plus, outdoor is coming up next year. I dunno how my mind is going to take that amount of stress. Yesterday, I was cleaning my cupboard and I saw the amount of books and materials I have to study for next year's O level. I hope that my brain can take it. Hope that I can survive next year :)

My mother told me that next year, we will be going to America during December. Haha. Yay. Well, that's something to look forward to for next year. She wanted to go somewhere near out of Singaspore during June, but due to truncated lessons, she cancelled it. So, yeah, the America trip, I hope that it will happen. December means Christmas, so, there will be snow, I'm visiting America during winter and Christmas. Coolness!!!

After 15 years of living, now then I know that I have flat foot. *Is it good or bad?* Who knows?

Babysitting is a very nice job if you have cute kids to babysit. Yesterday, I babysitted my cute cousins. The moms had to go out with my aunt to buy baking stuff. So, I was put to babysit the cute kids. I know it would not be so hard as they are cute and how bad can they be? Well, I was so correct. As soon as I was "in charge", the show "Shrek the Hall" was on, so they all snug around me to watch together. *So Cute*. They started naming each of them the Shrek Character. And I got Fiona. Haha. They were so quiet the entire show. When the show end,all wanted to drink water. So all followed me to the kitchen. At first all wanted to drink plain water, but then the eldest sister wanted to drink hot chocolate, then everyone wanted to drink hot chocolate. I made hot chocolate for them. Haha. Then the worst part came, the youngest one (the most cutest) one spilled the hot chocolate on the table. And I had to clean it up. Lucky he was cute or else I won't clean it up. Haha :]

I slept with my contact lens on yesterday. Well, it's not my first time actually but yesterday was the first time I slept more than 1 hour plus. So scary ah. After babysitting them, I was so tired, then I fall a sleep. But by then the moms was home. I just slept without thinking, then when I woke up, I was like "Crap, I had my contact lenses on and i just slept" I'm no'st going to sleep with my contact lenses on. It's such a huge risk :]

FINALLY!!! My room is clean. And I mean vey clean this time. Not a pig sty already. Haha. And I cleaned it all by myself. With the help of my MP3 player. Seriously, music makes work faster. Haha. Why? I think cause you are not really thinking that you are doing the chore so, it will not make you tired and thus making you finish the work faster. Haha. Loads of crap. Let's see, I cleaned my room in 2 hours. I made the bed, swept the floor and cleaned my wardrobe. Before this, my wardrobe is undescribable but now, it's clean. I'm so proud of myself :]

Making section tee today. So trombone section, don't worry, you will get your section tee soon. And I will try to get the price as cheap as possible. Haha. Hope the price will be within the budget. Haha.

Just finished reading the book TTFN. This book very unique la. It's in a form of Instant Message. It's like we are reading the characters' conversation. Well,actually, this book is a bout 3 friends instant messaging each other. While reading the book, it actually reminds me of the times when me, Shahirah and Aisyah instant message one another. It really is the same. We talked about everythign and anything under sun. Just like the characters in the book.

While read this book, it really reminds me of our friendship which blossomed since we were Sec 1. We had to know each other in Sec 1 and even though we are now separated in different classes, we are still very close. Still hanging around with one another during recess and in between classes. I really hope that after next year, we will still be very close, after maybe going to different collages.

I think that the band is now more united in it's individual section. Observed this during breaks, before band start and during lunch and of course sectionals. Everywhere I go, I see people walking in their sections, talking to section mates. I didn't see this during last year outdoor. This is so as, last time the juniors are so afraid of their seniors, that they don't even dare to talk to them, therefore, the section bond wasn't there. Nowadays, the juniors and seniors are like friends, they can talk about anything together. But even though we are like friends, during band practice, they still respect us.

My section is getting closer to one another. I think this is because of the holiday practices. They have made my section even more bonded. The juniors are also very cute and kind, but at times blur. Haha. I'm so proud of the Sec 1s now Sec 2s for improving and catching up fast. For the rest of the Section, we will always work as a section to bring it up together. I really like the attendance of our section. We never fail our attendance before( the minimum is 60%) haha. I love my section. Trombone Section :)

To Han Yan and Cherie: Thanks for the Christmas Present. So sweet of you to bake cookies for the section.

We have to give our best shot. Next year will bhe a little different from the other years. It's only that one shot we can show that we can do it. No more second chances. Just give in the best for the next 3 months and it will be ours again. 250% nothing less. If you can do it when you're tired, it will be the best when you're fresh. TK Band we can do it.

I think that I'm really getting motivated every practice. For instance today, I made that extra effort to look around my section and correct them of any mistake they make, for example instrument angle and stuff like that. I hope that I can keep this up until April next year, cause, without motivation, we cannot work. It's all in the mind.

Holidays are ending sooner than I thought. Homework? Hopeless, that's why it's in one of my wishlist. Someone please help me do homework. Haha. Opps, or maybe I will make the extra effort to do my homework. It's for my own good. O level is next year. Cannot effort to slack, and it's outdoor next year, no time to study. Must focus and concentrate.

I'm trying to respect you. Wait, I'm already respecting you :)

Firstly, Farewell.
It was a success I would say. From the start when the Deco team was decorating the Audi, everything when well. What needs to be done was doing very smoothely Jermaine was in charge of the sides of the stage, while I was in charge for the in front of the stage. Although the thing went really smoothely, I had to do alot of running around. Like going to the hall to see how to arrange tables and put the table decorations. All the deco stuff finished at around 2 plus almost 3 . After that, another run thru of the performances. While doing that, me and Jermaine did some last minute deco stuff. Like hanging the streamers to the door, lay out the red carpet and blowing balloons to put beside the red carpet (Ian and Alison helped. Thanks) Everything was ready at 5.30pm, but there was one very huge problem, the guests haven't arrive. *Skip until dinner* Dinner was nice. The deco made it even nicer. Hahas. Then after that, the Sec 3 performance. I think that was nice. Didn't screw up anything. I'm so loving it la. TK Band seriously rock my world!!

Secondly, Section Competition:
I can say that my section did well, but not perfect for the drills component. It's just that we ahd very bad ideas. Our lines was reasonably straight when we marched and after we started spinning 270 degrees. The bummer was durign the M16. That was a last minute idea and we didn't rehearse that properly. But all in all, I'm so proud of my section. To trombone section, I'm so proud of you guys and continue to work hard together and we can really be good. BTW, we are not last.

Thirdly, New Committee:
The new commitee has been anounced and they are the leaders of 2007. Haha. Too bad, I wasn't there to witness. Lets see who are these people.
